Project Volunteer Count

Hello, I would like to know if Community Jar supports volunteer countdowns, meaning if we need 300 volunteers and 30 have signed up, will the number in the Jar show the number required or the total capacity? Does this plugin have some sort of a javascript percentage of volunteers signup up? So at 30 people signed up our project would be at 10% capacity filled. Does this make sense? Thank you!
