Promo shortcode empty image

    Hi,

    First post here. On my homepage at deoshiae.com, I have 3 promo shortcodes in which I have images, text, and buttons. The images, however, are in the text body of the shortcode rather than in the designated image space.

    This has resulted in a transparent box at the top of each of the 3 promos with the word “image” inside of them. The size of these boxes vary with different web browsers.

    How do I get rid of this?

    I must be in the wrong area; here I thought I was in “support.”

    No support here, it seems. But I’d sure appreciate it if there were.
