Prompts Install Again

Hi All,

I am in the middle of finalizing my Marketplace (WC Vendor) site. I was finalizing my site and is ready to launch by June 2016. However, recently I encountered 2 issues. This is very critical.

1. Last week, I tried to change the URL for 1 of my products, after publishing, my WordPress prompts me to “Install WordPress”. I hit back and change back the URL to the original and click Publish again. Everything became fine. <- why did this happen and how to prevent?

2. Today, I tested creating a new account, and used Admin account to assign the new account as “Shop Manager”. After saving, my whole WordPress told me to Install WordPress. This time, I clicked back and change it back to Customer and it didnt work for me. This is very urgent as my latest backup was a bit outdated and I would like to get it to work again without losing data.

I want to know why is this happening and how do I revert this or fix this issue? What should I do to prevent this in the future? Someone please help me.

I am not a programmer so I am not too good technically. Please assist me.
