    Hello team,

    Hope you are well today.

I tried the function to completely uninstall the plugin.
But it seems that still was left in our database wp_options:
    SGPBUsageDays
    SGPBInstallDate
    SGPBOpenNextTime
    SGPBMaxOpenCount
    sgpbPopupBuilderRegisteredPlugins
    SGPB_INACTIVE_EXTENSIONS
    sgpbModifiedRegisteredPluginsPaths2
    sgpb-all-notifications-data
    sgpb-unnecessary-scripts-removed-1
    SgpbCounter
    sgpb-all-dismissed-notifications

    And in database wp_postmeta:
    23 times meta_key: _menu_sgpb_popup_id

Could you please confirm I can safely manually remove these plugin leftovers from the database? (I will make a backup). Thanks in advance.

  • Dear @ms100,

Please kindly note that you can remove the Popup Builder files from your data base safely.
Before removing the files, we would advise you to export your already created popups just not to lose them.
Other than that, nothing to worry about.
Please let us know in case of other questions.

    Regards,
    Popup Builder Team

    Hello @sygnoossupport

    Thank you for the reply!

Just curious… What did the plugin store in the wp_postmeta, that did not get cleanup after uninstalling? Is this a bug in the plugin feature or is there a reason why it’s left behind?

    Dear @ms100,

We are sorry to inform you that yes, this is a bug.
Please note that the tech team is aware of the issue and will do their best to fix the bug as soon as possible.
We will let you know once there is an update on the issue.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences.

    Regards,
