Also, is the embedded video played/displayed in the directory listing itself or does it open up as a new tab/window?

We have a premium module that allows you to put PDFs, TXT, images or RTFs on listings (no DOC or XLS because of security concerns), which you can purchase here: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/downloads/file-attachments-module
The embedded video plays from a frame inside of the listing itself. We follow WP’s rules for embedding video, so we don’t actually host the content–we only create a player for content from certain sites. The details are in the link above.
