Property Import not working

We have set up the plugin to accept Rightmove Real-Time Data Feed (RTDF) from OpenView our data supplier. We have set up the plugin in accordance with their preferences and it does not work. Openview have also tried to contact you about this as it is affecting other wordpress clients with your plugin.

Here is the recent message from Openview –

“All our other feeds are working without issue to Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, other smaller portals and other peoples’ websites using the same feed.

I also appreciate the above doesn’t help in this instance, but it does signify that the potential issue lies either with the import at the ‘PropertyHive’ end or alternatively something they are not telling us in terms of acceptance criteria in relation to connectivity or the feed itself.

I would strongly suggest that whatever changes need to happen, need to happen at their end – due to all other feed sites working.

We have contacted Propertyhive directly but are as of yet to receive a response from them.”
