Protocol Added for "Blank" # Links

In the (uncommon) case where I add a link of “#” to create a blank link (as a non-clickable parent of sublinks in the navigation menu), the link is updated (apparently by Nested Pages) to “http://#”

Other Scenarios (non-absolute link examples)

Adding “/” creates URL “http://”

Adding “/subfolder/” creates URL “http://subfolder/”
