Provide for “Read More” element

    It seems with “content=full” in use, the full article content appears, ignoring the post’s “Read More” element. “content=yes” behaves the same way.

    The client would like to have “Read more” links only for articles where the full content isn’t already shown.

    Here’s the shortcode we’re using right now:
    [catlist name=’news’ numberposts=5 template=div title_tag=’span’ title_class=’entry-title regnews’ morelink=’View all News…’ morelink_class=’view-all-items’ content=full posts_morelink_class=’morelink’]
