Hi,

When i create a Opt In box on my landing page and go to edit it i choose Integration Type: Mailchimp. The “Provider List” field however never generates my mailchimp lists.

In the Mailchimp Settings, status is Connected and i can see all my lists under “Mailchimp Data”. I have tried to renew but it doesnt solve the issue

Hello thereviewsclub,

Can you please share a screenshot of the page from where you select provider list. It does not seem to be like a feature of our plugin.

Perhaps im wrong in thinking that the error lies in the plugin?

Hi there,

That screenshot is not something we include in our plugin, it looks like you’re using another plugin. We can’t really help you with that, sorry.

Our plugin is located under WP Admin > MailChimp for WP. Are you sure you’re looking at the right settings page?
