Dear Rob,
Both paid and free versions are same except the automation. In paid version you define rules and it automatically combines the orders. You don’t need to get $1 thing, it is the same as it is here. Please try it and let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks,
Fahad

Thank you! I had missed the combination option is available in the bulk actions menu. For some reason it is in the top drop down menu, but not the bottom one below the orders.
I have some questions on the following features. Should the following work in the free version? Are they fully working in the premium version?
I have “Send email notification to customer: Orders Combined” enabled. I did get an e-mail on my first combination test, but not on any orders after that. And that first e-mail did not list any of the items or dollar amounts in the combined order. The business I’m working with is looking to streamline e-mailing invoices for all orders at the end of the month, so this would be very helpful to them.
For Shipping I have “Highest Shipping” selected, but the shipping cost from each order is in the combined order. Sometimes the shipping is not applied to the total for the order until I click the “Recalculate” button. This would be very tedious to have to recalculate shipping for all orders.
Should these features be working in the free version? Are they fully tested and working in the paid version?
I think when its mostly about the paid version, we should spare a slot to discuss about it separately in a Google meeting instead of here in support threads. Please use the settings page, help tab to reach me directly.

I did send you an e-mail but have not received a response. And I am talking about features that are available in the free version. I mainly asked about the paid version as I expect that is what my client will need.
