We get the error Undefined array key “PT” in /wp-content/plugins/geoip-detect/legacy-api.php on line 59. Could it be because “PT” is missing from _geoip_detect_get_country_code_mapping()?

Wow, you are right – not all countries were in that mapping. Actually I don’t need it anymore as I am getting the ISO Code 3 from GeoNames – the next version of the plugin will do this for the legacy code as well.
