I’m already a user of the Winsome theme and the “PT Theme Addon” plugin, which are both free and produced by the same company.
All I did was request plugin support, which I am using in the above informed topic.
I already asked for support in the plugin page in WordPress, without success. So I’m asking for it here on the theme page too.
I think I’m within the rules, yes?
WordPress could greatly help users by creating a sanction rule for producers who are slow to respond (or never respond) to support requests for their products that are offered here through WordPress. Unfortunately, not a few cases.

We do have a guideline. It’s not a Legal Set of Rules™ but it’s a good start.

Duplicates get closed or removed when found. That’s already in the guidelines and I am closing this topic. Duplicate topics make it harder for unpaid volunteers such as the author to assist you.

Do not bump either. Just like yourself, the author is a volunteer and is not obligated to reply. If they reply, that’s good. But that is up to them.
