Publicize is in the mobile app. You can find it under Configuration > Sharing.
Also, make sure that you’re using the latest version of the app.

The version of WordPress mobile app I’m using is 15.9.
Jetpack by WordPress.com is 9.0.2 in my site.
Wordpress itself is 5.5.1.

You said “You can find it under Configuration > Sharing” and I couldn’t find them in the WordPress mobile app of version 15.9.
If I open the mobile app and tap my site, I have [Stats][Pages][Posts][Media][Comments][Settings] and so on in vertical order.
My question is Am I talking about something else than you telling me?
However, I know that I have Publicize functions if I tap [WP Admin] in the app which take me to the regular WP logged in mode but I somehow want to use the mobile app to do this.
I wish I could just attach my screen shot of what I am talking about so I could make my question more clear to you.

In iOS right now, if I tap on my site, select a site, and scroll down to Configure, I see sharing. I’m also in 15.9.
Could you confirm which site is giving you trouble? And, when you connected it in the app, did you connect through Jetpack or using wp-admin credentials?

I guess it was the matter of if I log in through [wordpress.com] or not.
It’s still confusing me but I’m getting better.
