Publish button not works?

    I installed fresh version of WordPress.

    I didn;t installed anything new.

    I didn’t installed new theme nor new plug in.

    I went to Pages to create new page.

    After I entered Page Title I clicked on Publish button but it does not work. It after I clicked to Publish button it shows me Draft option.
