Publish button problem

Hello. Today I start facing a problem with publish button. When I click on publish button the page loads but the button remains as it was earlier. Means the update button does not replace publish button. But the post gets published with default permalink however I have more than 2000 posts on my site with sample post permalink and have not made any changing in it.

Another thing is when I click on view post button underneath the post title the post comes with default permalink but I could not see the same post on my site homepage.

I am very much confused and desperate as I have checked everywhere for solution after uninstalling all plugins and getting no solution. Please help someone. thanks in advance.
