Hi @saka500 ,
The link you gave us is from your backend, so we can not see the tour page.
Can you tell us how you’re publishing the tour on your site?
You can give us the screenshots of the tour page backend and we’ll have a look.
Meanwhile, make sure that you’ve followed our guides to publish your tour.
Follow this for shortcodes: https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-wpvr-shortcode-embed-virtual-tour/
For Gutenberg: https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-embed-virtual-tour-gutenberg-block/
For Elementor: https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-embed-virtual-tour-elementor-widget/
Let us know how it goes.

https://permiacommunity.org/test/
here it is the 360 image >>> https://permiacommunity.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/GS__0031-scaled.jpg it was imported from gopro playerHi @saka500 ,
We had a look at your tour page.
The tour window states that there was no panorama specified in your tour.
This usually happens when you haven’t assigned any panorama images to your tour.
Can you please make sure that the 360-degree image is located inside the media folder of your website and not from any other source?
Let us know any updates on this.

Hi @saka500 ,
Yes, I had a look at your image.
It’s a 360-degree panoramic image and suitable for our plugin.
Here I have made and published a demo tour using your image: https://wordpress6077b785a7ea9.cloud.bunnyroute.com/2021/05/10/test-tour-saka500/
You can have a look at it.
However, this issue usually happens when you haven’t assigned any panorama images to your tour.
Can you please make sure that the 360-degree image is located inside the media folder of your website and not from any other source?
Let us know any updates on this.

Hi @saka500 ,
Just make sure that you’re using the latest version of the plugin and your WP version is up to date.
What we suspect, is a possible plugin conflict.
If you’re using any caching/ optimization plugins on your site, you can try to exclude the plugin from optimization.
If it doesn’t work, you can try running a plugin conflict test.
Let us know how it goes.
