    Hello,

After some testings, i found that you did an impressive job. Below are two suggestions:

    1. add a way to disable translation by default > let user select specific pages/posts manually
    2. add a way to set all translation as draft > let user check manually and click publish once ready

    Thank you

    Hello,

since 2.18.1 i see that local storage is now working but are you still considering my above suggestions?

I tried to exclude a page such as /page/ but not working. By allowing only specific pages (thus excluded everything but some), it will solve the current issue that you cannot exclude the home page (front page).

    Thank you

    Hello,

yes your suggestions are all planned for next releases and further development.

The page exclusion works, it’s enough to add a slug chunk like ‘page’ and the language selector will immediately disappear on such a page. Ensure to have not caching to avoid misunderstanding.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Version 2.19 – Excluded chunk slug URLs from translation process > I added ‘privacy-policy’ in advanced/page exclusion as above mentioned but the page still display the language switcher and can still be translated to other languages. Privacy-policy is the original language.

    Thank you

    Hello,

to fully disable the language switcher it’s enough to add a URL slug in the advanced->page exclusion setting, for example: ‘privacy’

There is nothing else to do, be sure that you have not cache still displaying the language switcher.

    Thank you

    Hello,

It would be a good idea to disable GPTranslate once you edit a page or post in Elementor from WP dashboard such as /wp-admin/post.php?post=29&action=elementor? This would avoid seeing extra translations being added such as /?elementor-preview=29&ver=1768293912.

The page exclusion is still not working on my side, I’ll wait for a next release.

    Thanks

    Hello,

under the option ‘Page exclusions’ just add the word ‘elementor’ to exclude page having URLs like such as /wp-admin/post.php?post=29&action=elementor

    Tested with Elementor and working.

Could be a good idea to add an option to always exclude admin pages like Elementor or page builders.

    Thanks

Hello, since 2.20 or 2.21, this is not working anymore: under the option ‘Page exclusions’ just add the word ‘elementor’ to exclude page having URLs like such as /wp-admin/post.php?post=29&action=elementor

Also, i tested many ways but couldn’t exclude home page (front) > ‘home’ isn’t working.

    Thanks

    Hello,

i think you have a very special issue with exclusion of pages as this is a system universally working expect in your case. Also there are no difference between 2.20 and 2.21 in this feature.

To better understand and solve this issue once and for all, given that this is something going on and on, please contact us at [email protected] providing an admin account to verify your site and settings.

    Thanks
