Pugin updates

Hello everyone. I have been working on reviving this plugin. You can download from my BitBucket repo https://bitbucket.org/koolkatwebdesigns/cf-7-gutenberg/downloads/.

Then unzip and you will find the installable zip file in it. Please try it out. It appears to be working for me in the current WP release.
