Pull Meta Data Into Admin Notification Email

I am using the New Users Approve plugin to approve new users who register through a Gravity Form. How can I add the specific meta data from the registered profile from gravity forms for the fields labeled Simplicity Partner and Simplicity Wholesaler Name to the new users approve admin notification emails?

Basically I’d like to add those two values as they are necessary to know before the registrant is approve or denied. And if I can add them to the admin email, it will no longer require us to login to the backend of wordpress to see those values first, before we decide to approve or deny. And we can just do it from all the information in the admin email notification.
