Pull Registration form data into Private Page

So what I would like to do, is on my registration form I have a field where members enter in their dog(s) name…I am wondering if it is possible to have that data/html automatically inserted into the Private Page post/content area that gets generated for that User? The goal is then my client will go into each users private page, which will list their dog/or dogs names…and she can add more information under each dog…
