    I have experienced in 3 stores i manage that Purchase count is not coming correct.

    I verified this claim in Test Events under Event Manager and found that all events are capturing except of the Purchase which should be auto setup in the plugin.

    Please confirm does it requires to do manual configure?

    Does not this official plugin covers wooCommerce purchase on thank you page?

    Hi @mohib007 ,

    The plugin does cover the purchase event, and it does not require additional configuration on your end. However, there is a known issue with the purchase event, and the Dev team is working on a fix.

    For now the best course of action is to revert the plugin back to version 3.4.6. You can do so by downloading it from the bottom of the Advanced page, and uploading it to your site.

    We will let you know as soon as an update addressing the issue is available.

    An update addressing this issue has been released. Please update the plugin to the latest version, delete the connection from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Facebook: Reset connection settings, and reconnect to your page.
