Sorry for the late response. Seams like with new WordPress forum update, we did not see any new posts on our forum.
Typically if you initiated purchase from your website, then the credit is added to your account automatically. Also the email with license key for purchased credit is sent to the email address associated with the purchase. Check your junk and spam folders in cased it was filtered.
Please let us know if any issues with that.
