    Hello chandrasekhar2chandu,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re not receiving the purchase, add-to-cart, or checkout data after updating the plugin to version 2.1.7.

Please try temporarily disabling any caching plugins to see if this resolves the issue.

Additionally, sharing your site’s System Status Report would help in diagnosing the problem.
You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status, selecting Get system report, and clicking Copy for support.

Looking forward to your response. πŸ™‚

Hi there! is there any other way to share the system info? As I cannot share the system info due to privacy issues.

    Hi @chandrasekhar2chandu,

If privacy is a concern, you can paste the report anonymously at https://gist.github.com/ and share the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the SSR. I noticed that WooCommerce and WordPress are not updated, which could be causing the issue.

Could you please update both and check if that resolves the problem? I recommend creating a full site backup before updating WordPress and WooCommerce. Setting up a staging site and testing the updates there first would also be a great precautionary step.

Additionally, I see that you’re using the Google Tag Manager (GTM) plugin and ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO, which could potentially contribute to the issue. For testing purposes, could you please deactivate those plugins and see if that makes a difference?

Alternatively, I suggest running a conflict test to identify if any theme or plugin is causing the problem.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @shahzeenfarooq I have deactivated all the plugins except, woocommerce, payment plugin and google analytics plugin. I updated all these 3 along with WordPress version to the latest versions. Deactivated remaing plugins including wp-rocket. And switched to default WP theme but still no luck. No event data found in GA. The measurement ID is also correct. Can you please check. I am sharing the current system status here. Do I need any cookie plugin installed to collect this data?
