Purchase error?

Your plugin is very well done, thanks for it. I purchased a skin pack @ 10$ on your website (bill WPC-490, Bikever company) but I did not received any download link or so.
I tried to create a count on your forum but I never received the password neither. My email address is a gmail one and I checked my spam folder.
Any idea about what’s happening?

Moreover, the contact form on your website doesn’t work on any browser (circle keeps turning).
