Purchase event KO

    Hello,

    For 3 weeks, the Purchase event no longer shows value on Facebook Manager.
    However, the Purchase option is checked. Nothing has been touched on the website (level update or other). I am logged into Facebook in Manual setup mode. I don’t know if the problem can come from there…
    So first question: would you have changed anything following an update?
    Second question: I created a Purchase event from Pixel Caffeine and I set up a Purchase trigger based on a piece of url (url contains). I have the option to enter a fixed value in the advanced settings. Can you confirm that I don’t need to use the advanced settings to raise the dynamic value (basket turnover)?
    Last question, by creating a purchase event myself, will I see this event in the Facebook Manager, at the pixel section or is it just tracked at the level of your tool?
