    Hi, I have the same issue. Purchase events are not being registered simultaneously via both pixel/browser and API, unlike the rest of the events. Purchase campaigns are not recording any conversion events and can’t exit the learning phase. I had to roll back to version 3.4.6, and now the events are being registered correctly. I’ve already followed the steps suggested to other users in previous posts (disabling cache, disconnecting Facebook for WooCommerce, reinstalling, reconnecting, deleting the connection from Meta), but the problem persists with the newer versions.

    Hello, I think I have the same problem. The purshase event does not reflect in my Fb adm manager so I can not see the results of my campains.
    I went bakc to 3.4.6 version and still doesnt work

    Hi @danielbmxd , the 3.5.5 update has been released!

    This update should improve the performance of the purchase event. Please update the plugin to the latest version, remove the connection/reconnect to your page, and re-test the events.

    Hi, the issue is still present with this version. The Purchase event is not being registered; instead, an event called SubscribedButtonClick appears, followed by a custom event instead of the Purchase event, as it appears in version 3.4.6.
    I disconnected and removed Meta as a partner in Facebook, deactivated the cache, cleared the browser, reinstalled, and reconnected — but the problem persists.
    I’ve attached screenshots showing the difference.
