When Woocommerce is selected and you have a free class the order gets recorded as pending not complete because a payment doesn’t get processes. This means people don’t have access to the class until you go in and click complete by the order.

Hey Mariah,

You’ll need to configure your WooCommerce orders to “auto complete” so that the payment will be completed. This is caused by WooCommerce and not LifterLMS.

This is a plugin that can help you autocomplete orders.
