Purchased all upgrades, sample data & documentation lacking, no support

Tested the basic CSV importer before purchasing, with use of the wordpress tutorial. Worked great! The youtube video tutorial covered a few things, if you listen, that were not otherwise covered and enable it to work properly.

Purchased and installed the extras. No video tutorial on how to get any of the extras to work. The sample files only include pricing for simple products – they do not include categories, prices, or featured images for the complex products.

If you upload the sample premium.csv file, it will appear to work – however the grouped products will have no prices. Same with the variations.csv file.

I opened the premium.csv file and added prices to those fields and reimported – and the import appeared to be successful but NO products were added.

I tried adding a featured_image field as could be done using the basic products, and it didn’t work that way either.

When I emailed support, he told me my file was incorrect and to check the sample documentation. SERIOUSLY? I sent back ALL versions of my changes to the premium.csv file – including just adding the price – and asked for a reason on why it wasn’t working and he replied with “This question goes a bit beyond the normal support….. If you want to hire me to do your import or help you, no problem. Else read the documentation, play with the imports, etc.”

I told him I wanted a refund and that I expected the most basic examples of how to get products to work to be thorough – and that I wanted a refund.

He responds, “well a 1000 before you could do it” and referred me back to the SAME PAGES of his site that don’t answer the most basic questions.
