Purchased theme, weird error

    Just bought a $300 theme for a photography site. Had to download theme to my FTP through their software, not manually. After theme is activated I get this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function itdr_get_namespace() in /home3/lindsfd2/public_html/wp-content/themes/vanilla/header.php on line 7

    any ideas?
