    Hi,

    After the checkout, the purchaser does not receive an email. Also, in the backend, instead of the purchaser’s email, the admin email is shown.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you are doing tests purchases, this could happen if you were doing test purchases on the front end while logged in to the WordPress admin dashboard on another tab. Kindly try logging out of the admin dashboard and do the ticket purchase again.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. After logging out, the email info is correct on the thank-you message and the backend, but the purchaser is not receiving any confirmation email.

    (The ticket price is 0 )
