    Hello,
    I had 4 courses on my website before and they were working smoothly. I didn’t take any action on my website and suddenly all my customers who purchased my courses were unable to enter the courses! The courses have prices and Woocommerce integrations are made. There was no problem and suddenly today this happened.

    Even though there are prices, a “start course” button appears instead of a “buy” button. When you click on this button, you are redirected to the course page.

    I opened a new course to try, “Bread Making School 2 Training in 1” and I integrated Woocommerce with this newly opened course and there were no problems. However, I have such a problem in my retrospective courses. Cannot be purchased, cannot enter courses!!

    You need to help, my customers who purchased before want a refund from me. Currently, none of my customers/students can enter the courses!

    Could you please go to your Dashboard and check whether the student order is completed or not? If the order is completed, we recommend you check the cache settings on your site with the help of this documentation. https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/configuring-caching-plugins.

    It seems you are using the premium version plugin because the woocommerce integration feature is not available in the free version.
