You can trigger WP-Lister’s tasks with a cron job, sure, this is explained here: https://docs.wplab.com/article/99-external-cron-job-setup
If you don’t want WP-Lister to perform any tasks you can set the “Update Interval” setting on the general settings page of WP-Lister to “Manually”.

cronjob don’t push the product when it is modified, i need to control the product update in a specic time

You would need to speak to your host about your cron job configuration then and ask them why it is not firing properly. In the past, we found some hosts did not have the wget command installed and that caused our cron job command to not fire on their servers.
Or if you are using a third party application, discuss this with them.
