Push Notifications

Hi,
I have a problem with the push notifications:
I do not want to send out push notifications for all posts I make – only for some of them. Even so I have checked ‘Don’t send push notification’ in the account settings and also in the individual posts, push notifications are still being send out – for all posts, even the ones in categories that should not appear in the app at all.

What could be the reason for this? And how can I change it?
(I do need to send out push notifications – so it is not an option to NOT send push notifications at all by removing the Google api key under the AndroApp Account Settings tab)
