Could you give me more details about what you’d like to change?
Jetpack currently uses the post’s Featured Image (Post Thumbnail) in the Top Posts Widget. That image is then resized with Photon to fit into the Widget.
If you’d like to use a different image size in that widget, you can follow the instructions here:
https://developer.jetpack.com/hooks/jetpack_top_posts_widget_image_options/
Let me know if it helps.

Hello Jeremy ,
thanks for your anwser,
In fact , all my article have a picture post thumbnail . Some are visible on the widget and other have this gravatar http://1.gravatar.com/avatar/d9f10f4e8ea8756a6cbf2daf208ce2db?s=96&d=wavatar&r=x
phototon is activated in Jetpack Option .
Thanks a lot .
Phil.
If some of your posts only display a Gravatar, it’s most likely because the post doesn’t include any image, or because that image is too small to be used in the widget.
Could you make sure you insert images, or set a Featured Image for those posts?
