The QR code functionality is dependent on JavaScript. If you have any JavaScript errors on the page, our scripts may not run properly.
If you have a JavaScript error, please take a screenshot of the error and share it with me so that I can check it out.

Thank you for your reply. No errors showing. I have the switch engaged in the backend for the QR code to show on the account page of the front-end.

I’ve just retested this feature and on my end it’s working nicely. Also, we have no other reports from our users about this issue, so I want to make sure that JavaScript isn’t the issue.
