    Hi
i have a problem with the QR codes in the Tickets.
The QR code is broken and the console returns a 403 error

“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()”

I checked the permissions on my WP installation, but everything is alright.
I tried to turn of all plugins and changed the theme. Still got this error.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It appears that ticket no longer exists; I wasn’t able to see it.

Are you still having this issue, or did you resolve it separately?

I think this is an issue with htaccess; it seems like access to the directory that renders the QR codes is blocked. This could be something done by a security plug-in, or something added manually to an htaccess file; I can’t distinguish that. You’ll need to allow access to the file /wp-content/plugins/my-tickets/includes/qrcode.php.

    Hello
    The problem is solved.
The settings from my hoster caused the 403 code and It works fine now.
It was a special security tool in plesk which blocked the wp-content folder.

    Thanks for your support.
