Likely another plugin has caused a JavaScript error on the page that has prevented other plugins (i.e. this one) from running. Try temporarily de-activating all other plugins, switch to a default theme, and reload the page.
You could also check your browser’s JavaScript console for errors.
I’m not seeing any JS errors, im actually thinking it might have something to do with our VM setup causing the image to fail to load, im not sure
all the rest of the profile is there, an the div where the qr code goes is there
if i copy the image from the back end and drop it in the correct div on the front end, that shows up too

Still can’t figure this out. Not sure why it would work fine on the back end but not the front end, it should be pretty much the same thing right?
