QR Code not working (API Issue?)

The QR Code function is not working today anymore. I have disabled all other plugins and switched to a standard theme twenty nineteen. I tried many other shortcodes and they are all working fine except the QR Code.

If you leave the page with the QR code open, first it shows nothing and after a few minutes a question mark icon is being showed. The “link” behind the icon is: https://api.qrserver.com/v1/create-qr-code/?data=www.google.com&size=200×200&format=png&margin=0&color=0-0-0&bgcolor=255-255-255

Is the API Service broken for creating a QR code? At least that link is not accessible.
