    Hello,
    I’m sorry to bother you with such problem, but I could’nt find the solution to my problems by diggin in the support section.
    I’m trying to use your solution, but I don’t have QR codes on my tickets, like the sample provided in the link.

    I don’t understand where this could come from, I tryed to reinstall the plug, but it didn’t work.

    Is there something i’m doing wrong?
    By the way, thanks for your job, this looks amazing!

    The screenshot you sent is of a receipt, not of a ticket; receipts are not unique to a ticket, since they can contain multiple tickets, so they don’t incorporate QR codes.

    You should receive links to tickets in the confirmation email, and also be able to access those links from the Payment page in the admin. Do the tickets have QR codes?
