QSM Logic issues

    Hi

    We have a premium bundle, I sent an email for support concerning QSM Logic one week ago, we havenb’t received answer
    Here are the issues I met
    1 – I have updated plugin to V1.0.7 but after update, it is still showing update available

    2 – I choosed to display question number in front of question. When setting a logic question, the question number skip a number, the number of hidden question
    The number in front of questions should be recalculate when the question is hidden/shown

    3 – All results are wrong because they are calculated including hidden question.
    Total score should be out of number of question answered
    So if user answers 4 questions, total score should be out of 4
    If user answers 4 questions + 1 hidden question, total score should be out of 5

    4 – You fixed a bug in previous update regarding place of question. It is solved only if question is one line
    If question is on 2 lines, problem is still, number is on one line, question is on next line

    1. As you are already our pro customer and we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end. It is my request you to please raise a support ticket at the above link for better troubleshooting of the issue.

    I will report to the development team regarding issue no. 2,3 and they will try to fix it in the next version update.

    4. I request you to please explain the issue as I don’t understand it.

    Hi

    1 – Ok, I will make a support ticket, as a I uninstall plugin and reinstall again, problem is still

    4 – Here’s screenshot https://prnt.sc/u0c5jb
    You can see that
    – question 1 is on 2 lines, so number 1 is not aligned with text
    – question 2 is on 1 line so number is aligned with text
    – question 3 same as question 1, question is on 2 lines, number 3 is not aligned with text
