qTranslate Request Translation Error

    I’m trying to translate a page from English to French. In the “Request Translation” window it says “Getting Quote” while the wheel spins, but I never get a quote. Sometimes when I visit the page is just says error getting quote. Anyone else having this issue? I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins. I’m using WP 3.9.1 with plugin 2.5.39.
