Quad Menu Pro support

Been trying to reach Support at Quad Menu Pro for about a month. Bought a new license, opened a ticket, 10 days no response. Status link of the ticket goes to a third-party site which is totally in Spanish.
And that is after sending messages weeks before through the contact form.
What gives?
