Please check that confirmation email is not in any spam list of your inbox emails.

I appreciate your help. I think the reset password tool is broken. I wouldn’t be posting here if I was able to contact anyone at the web site for support. I used the contact form and only received a “thanks, be sure to like us on FaceBook” response. A new account won’t give me access to the licenses I purchased. No messages in my spam.
It’s not a problem with the plugin, but a broken web site at quadmenu.com. If you know anyone who can help, please let them know. I’ll keep trying.

I may have found the issue: I ordered through Quadlayers.com, not Quadmenu.com. Is Quadlayers legit?
