I did notice that the quads_settings_backup table is loading in settings database and consuming some kb in page loading.

There is a way to clean it and avoid future inclusions?

Hi,

just install the autoload-checker plugin https://br.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/autoload-checker/ the go to the tools tab on wp admin left tab and you will see all loading from wp_options table.
