I have an addon that I selected to be a fixed fee because we want to add it as a non-taxable service instead of a product. The fixed fee is nice because it adds the addon after the taxes are calculated.

The issue now is that if a user wants the product quantity to be two and they select the service addon, the cart still calculates the addon as one fixed fee. Essentially they are only paying for one service, not two. Is there a way to adjust the fixed fee based on the quantity of the selected product?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lhqcsi,

    Thank you for using PPOM.

The behavior you are experiencing is expected when the fixed fee option is enabled for a PPOM input. By design, fixed fees are added once to the cart total regardless of the product quantity, and this is not related to tax calculation.

If you are using the fixed fee option to avoid tax being applied to the addon, we recommend using the Taxable Options Price feature available in the Pro version instead. This option allows you to control whether PPOM inputs are subject to tax or not, giving you more granular control over your tax settings while still having the addon price multiply correctly with the product quantity.

If you disable the fixed fee option and use Taxable Options Price to mark the addon as non-taxable, you should get the behavior you are looking for.

    Best regards,
