This seems to be a compatibility issue with the GeneratePress theme.
We will add compatibility with GeneratePress theme in future releases, however, it might take some time until we are able to implement this.
I’m closing this topic for now, but the related task will remain active in our internal systems. We will let you know once an update is available.

The cart page is not affect by Fluid Checkout Lite in any way, however, it seems that you are using the cart and checkout page contents in the same page, which is not the intended use for the plugin.
We’ll look into this in the future, however, there is no guarantee that we can fix this issue, and it is likely to take a long time until we are able to check this.
You might find useful our Fluid Checkout PRO features Express Checkout and Edit cart at checkout, since you want customers to be able to edit their cart contents at the checkout page, and that you have express checkout buttons configured on your checkout page.
