Quantity in Stock not reducing

Hi

I have a query as to the process of the Quantity in Stock box. PayPal payments are working fine, and reducing the quantity and putting the product into Drafts when the quantity reduces to 0.

I am using the ‘Test Gateway’ for manual payments as a lot of people still pay me by Cheque or Bank Transfer. When someone uses this method, the order status goes to Order Received. When I change to Accepted Payment within a few minutes of receiving the order, then the Quantity does reduce and the correct quantity is deducted from the product.

However, if it has been a couple of days until I change to Accepted Payment due to a delay in the customer paying, there is no change in the quantity available, and the product does not unpublish.

Does anyone know why this is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m using the latest WP Ecommerce and the Plane Theme, with WordPress 4.2.2
