  • Hello Angelo,

    As I don’t have access to that paid plugin, I can’t really do much testing with it. The plugin author should be able to give a bit more insight as to why it’s not working with the theme though.

    Did their support provide any other details about what error is coming up? I’m not seeing any errors in the chrome inspect tool console.

    I would provide an email for access to your site, but that is not allowed on the ww.wp.xz.cn forums.

    Hi Kevin, thanks for the response.

    I think there is no error (java or html error) i think is a message from directly from the theme, … i think … can i send admin credentials please?

    Thank you very much

    Angelo Sorry to drop in on your thread here but what was the other plugin that was the conflict? Having the same problem.

    Thanks!
    David

    Hey David,

    If you’re concerned about a plugin causing issues on your site, the best way to test for that is to disable your active plugins one by one to see if the issue goes away when a certain plugin is inactive.

    hi everyone

    @dmasonnc: i contact the plugin author who fix the problem on his plugin and all worked correctly.

    @jx-3p: thanks again!

    Angelo

    Thank you Kevin and Angelo. I was trying to narrow it down. I had seen your post on the product list pages plugin site but that’s not the problem for me.

    Will keep searching.

    Thanks again,
    David
