When I set custom color in Qubely Global Setting/Color Palette, I get the error: “The editor has encountered an unexpected error”.

That’s a bug in Qubely. Thank you for reporting the issue. We would be really happy if we could fix it right now but as the developers are out of the office during the weekend, we will try our best to fix it on Monday.
