I have a few places where GDPR matters come up.

I do have a Contact Seven 7 form but I don’t store their data. The email comes to me, I reply as required and when done deselect the emails. Nothing is stored as such.

So do I need to have this GDPR checkbox on my form?

Also, I notice you mentioned WP Comments. My posts etc support comments. What is the situation with comments?

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

CF7 doesn’t store by itself but the personal data is still send to your email so ‘stored’ somewhere 🙂 So a checkbox is a good way to take care of it.

WP Comments are stored in your database so thats why we’ve added the checkbox there as well.

I am sorry, but what / where is this?

Under ‘Comments’ in the WordPress admin panel. Make sure the checkbox is enabled and that people have agreed to your checkbox.

Ok. No such check box in discussion settings pane.
